Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences: Online Appointment Booking

Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences take place on November 11, 19, and 20, and we encourage you to take advantage of this chance to connect with your child’s teacher(s). To make sign-up simple, we’re using an online parent-teacher scheduler that allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers - and then receive an email confirming your appointments. 

You can attend conferences either by video call or in person. 

Appointments can be made immediately, and the sign-up will remain open except on days conferences are scheduled. Should you wish to make any changes after this date, please contact the school office.

To book your appointments: 

• Visit Meet the Teacher

• Log in with the following information:

  • Student’s first name, last name, and date of birth

  • Your first name, last name, and email address 

Please note: all information entered into Meet the Teacher must match the information originally entered in PowerSchool.

If you do not have internet access, please contact your school office. Staff will be happy to make alternative arrangements on your behalf.
