Registration for the 2019-2020 School Year

Returning Students:
If you have a student entering 1st-8th grade next year, you are encourged to register online through D63's Parent Portal. 

A message -- with a link -- was sent to the email address associated with your Parent Portal account on the morning of April 22 shortly before the portal opened. If you're not sure which email address you used - or have forgotten your Parent Portal login - contact your current school office or the District Office.

If you missed this event, please stop by your child's school office to register.

Have a new kindergarten student? Visit your child's school beginning Thursday, August 8 to register.

For new students ONLY:

In order to enroll your child(ren) for the upcoming school year you must provide:
  • A certified copy of the student's birth certificate.
  • All updated medical files (including dental and eye), showing history of ALL vaccinations.
  • Appropriate documents from List A AND List B
List A: ONE Document Required
  • Most recent property tax bill and proof of payment 
  • Mortgage papers (homeowners)
  • Signed and dated lease and proof of last month's payment (renters) 
  • Letter from manager and proof of last month's payment
  • Letter of residence from landlord in lieu of lease
  • Letter of residence to be used when the person seeking to enroll a student is living with a District resident
List B: TWO Documents Required 
  • Driver's license
  • Vehicle registration
  • Voter registration
  • Most recent cable television and/or credit card bill
  • Current bank statement
  • Current public aid card
  • Current homeowners/renters insurance policy and premium payment receipt
  • Most recent gas, electric, and/or water bill
  • Current library card
  • Receipt for moving van rental
