Updating Contact Information in ParentSquare

If your contact information in ParentSquare is incorrect, it will need to be corrected at the source. Contact information cannot be updated in ParentSquare directly.

Parents/Guardians

  • Contact changes can be made during registration using Form B.
  • Only the first email address and phone number from each contact record will sync to ParentSquare.
  • If registration forms have already been completed, and you need to make a change, please call your child's school office to request a change.

District 63 Staff

  • Please log into the iVisions portal and update your personal contact information here.
  • Changes may take a few business days to process.
