This summer, D63 invites you to join us on a journey of learning!  From our invitation only Summer Explorers program in the morning and Summer Quest enrichment program in the afternoon - to Expanded Learning Summer Camp and Summer Music, there's something for everyone. Here's an overview of each program. 

Enrollment is now closed for 2023.

Summer Quest. June 26-July 20: participants choose one of two sessions during this time period. The journey continues! Through this free program, all students entering PK-8 in the 2023-2024 school year (and graduating 8th graders) can opt to spend their afternoons enjoying one or two activities of their choice - from art and book clubs to science, math, and more. Summer Explorers (Invitation Only). June 26-July 20. Click the link for enrollment information. Each year, the District offers a range of no-cost programs by invitation only. These morning programs include Ready, Set, Kindergarten; Extended School Year (ESY); and Multilingual Learner (ML) Summer School. If your student qualifies for one of these programs, you'll hear from the District this spring. We are excited to explore new learning and new friendships together! Enrollment runs March 20 - April 21. Please note: Invitations for RSK will be shared after 2023-2024 District-wide registration opens on April 10 and families have completed the kindergarten registration process. Expanded Learning Summer Camp Academy. June 6 - August 15. As it has done in the past, D63 will offer fee-based all-day enrichment programs for students entering grades K-8 in the 2023-2024 school year. Enrollment is open - and families can register for weekly sessions!   

Sounds of Summer Instrumental Music Camps. August 7-11. Free to all participants. Beginning and intermediate band and orchestra students may enroll in one 55-90 minute class. Enrollment is open through July 7.

Summer Reading Books. This summer, current D63 students will have their own collection of books to read  - for free! Sign up runs March 22 - April 7.
