    3/30:All classes- Pease go to your google classroom https://classroom.google.com/ and follow the instuctions there. General Music classes you will be reviewing more slides on music history from https://www.slideshare.net/TheinHtikeAung/music-history-14110181 and Choirs, you are reviewing all song with the voice tracks, including Amazing Grace, please check google classroom.

    3/31:General Music Classes- Please go to https://www.musictheory.net/lessons and thouroughly review the lessons "The Staff, Clefs, and Ledger Lines" and "Note Duartion". Choirs-Please do the same as the general music classes, and sing through all 3 of your songs as review.

    4/1: All classes- Please go to https://www.musictheory.net/lessons and thouroughly review the lessons "Measure and Time Signature" and "Rest Duration" as these lessons will also be important for learning the piano!

    4/2: All classes- Please go to https://www.musictheory.net/lessons and thouroughly review the lessons "Dots and Ties" and "Steps and Accidentals" as these lessons will also be important for learning the piano!

    4/3: All classes- Please go to http://www.musictechteacher.com/music_piano_practice/flash_piano_practice.htm and click on the 1st song "All Through The Night." From there, spend about 15 or so minutes trying to learn the song on the online piano, or you can use a a real piano if you have avilable to you! If you are stuck, you can look up the song to listen how it goes. If you want a challenge, then you can go ahead and attempt the next song.

    4/6: Please go to http://www.musictechteacher.com/music_piano_practice/flash_piano_practice.htm and click on the 1st song "All Through The Night." From there, if possible try and play through the entire song without stopping or pausing. 

    4/7-4-17: Please go to https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gD1QXabbHyvbRyqKsWJD6rU-9naBqe821kTexiQc97Y/edit?ts=5e84c09f and from there, please complete the must do's (red box) for Mr.Kirby, and then by the end of each week complete 2 can do's (yellow box) and you can choose any of them, doesn't have to be music.

    Hello, welcome! My name is Mr. Kirby. Everyday, I have my rules expectations are posted for everyone to see. They include 1.) Be respectful, 2.) Be safe, 3.) Listen and follow directions, 4.) Participate and Commit yourself, 5.) Use common sense, 6.) Have fun, while still following the rules and expectations.

    My personal teaching philosophy is build students into young adults through my passion for music.

    I cannot wait to work with each student and show them what music is all about!
