Hello, my name is Gina Dell'Aringa. I am the Instructional Coach at Washington School.  As the Instructional Coach, I provide teachers with professional development aligned with district and building initiatives.  I mentor all first and second year teachers at Washington in best teaching practices to support their professional growth. I work with teachers throughout the building to support academic achievement and growth for all students.
