East Maine 63 is committed to keeping its schools open - and our students, staff, and families as safe as possible. While COVID-19 is still circulating in our community, easy access to testing, vaccinations for all those aged six months+, and boosters for those aged 5+ have enabled us to return to a more traditional school year.
At this time, all buildings are open and all students attend school in person. However, this is always subject to change should federal or state guidelines change - or should the nature of the pandemic itself shift.
On these pages you will find the District's latest COVID protocols; information is updated as necessary.
We continue to encourage everyone who is eligible to be vaccinated (ages 6 months+) and, if already vaccinated, to get a booster (ages 5+). We ask that parents upload their child’s vaccination record to our ParentPortal, or provide a copy of the record to their child's school office.
