Welcome to Mr. Plos' Extra Activities for Home
Here are some extra activities for students to do at home. These activities are designed to improve your health-related fitness components: flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. This school year please take some time daily to get some activity in with your family or by yourself if you need to. Daily activity not only works your muscles, but also works your mind.
