Hi everyone!
My name is Cara Spinosa, and this is my fourth year at Gemini Middle School. I am teaching 7th grade grade-level and accelerated math classes this year. I'm so excited to be a part of the Gemini team!
To tell you a little about myself, I'm originally from Westfield, IN, but I currently live in Evanston, IL. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the Univeristy of Notre Dame and my graduate degree from Northwestern University in Secondary Education with a focus on Mathematics. In the past, I taught math at an all-girls middle school in Massachusetts, and at Maine South High School, where I taught Algebra 2 and Geometry classes. In my free time, I enjoy reading, making pottery, drinking tea, and spending time with friends and family.
