Ms. Diaz joined the East Maine 63 school district in 2021. After earning her A.D. in nursing from College of DuPage, she completed a B.S. in nursing at Southern Illinois University. Ms. Diaz began her career in a wide variety of hospital settings, including a stroke unit, spinal cord injury unit, seizure clinic, traumatic brain injury unit and general neurology unit. She loves to travel and enjoys any outdoor activities. Ms. Diaz is committed to providing comprehensive care and promoting wellness to the students and families of Nelson Elementary School.
