Gemini Middle School

I am the father of 3 children, Noah, age 14, Anna, age 12, and Carys, age 8.  My wife, Amy, is the principal of Oak Terrace elementary school in Highwood, IL.  We currently reside in Des Plaines, IL.  I am also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and served for four years, from 1989 to 1993.  In 2002, I received my undergraduate degree in the Teaching of History from the University of Illinois at Chicago and in 2008 I earned a graduate degree in History from Northeastern Illinois University.  In 2003, I accepted a teaching job at Wells Community Academy High School in Chicago Public Schools and taught there for 13 years.  In 2016, I began working at Gemini Middle School in East Maine School District 63.
