You will receive a rehearsal schedule at the first rehearsal letting you know which scenes will be worked on at each rehearsal.Friday, October 11, 2:30-5:00: Make Up Rehearsal
We will have a lesson on how to do stage make up. Bring your make up kit, hair ties or something to pull back your hair, make up remover wipes, make up sponges, moisturizer, and mascara.

We meet at Apollo and will be getting our set, lights, sound, props, etc. all set up at the theatre at Apollo. Be sure to wear clothes you can get paint on. It will be a dirty, messy kind of day. Lunch will be provided (in the form of pizza). Each student should bring their own beverages and snacks for the day. This day is not mandatory, but we do have a lot to do, so the more people who can make it, the better. If you can only come for half the day, or a couple of hours, come on! We need you!Monday, October 21 and Tuesday, October 22, 2:30-6:00: Rehearsal at Apollo
These rehearsals are mandatory. All cast absolutely must attend. We will take a bus from Gemini to Apollo after school. The students may be picked up at 6:00pm at Apollo (10100 Dee Road).Wednesday, October 23 and Thursday, October 24, 2:30-6:00: Dress rehearsal at Apollo

We will be in costume and makeup for these rehearsals, so cast should bring their makeup kits and any costume pieces they need for the show. Don’t forget shoes!Friday, October 25, 5:30pm call with a 7:00pm curtain: Opening Night!
Cast and crew need to report to Apollo no later than 5:30pm in order to get set up and in makeup and costumes. There is no rehearsal after school that day.
The show starts at 7:00pm. As of right now, I expect our running time to be about TBD. When the show is over, the students need to get out of costumes, hang up their costumes, and put away props, etc. We also need to pick up trash from backstage. Then the students are dismissed for the evening.
Tickets are $1 for students (up through high school) and $6 for adults. You can purchase tickets at the door. Concessions will be available before the show and during intermission.
Saturday, October 26, 12:30pm call with a 2:00pm curtain: Final Show and Strike
Cast and crew need to report to Apollo no later than 12:30pm in order to get set up and in makeup and costumes. The show starts at 2:00pm.
When the show is over, students need to participate in strike which is when we tear down the set, lights, and sound equipment. We also must clean up backstage. Then the students are dismissed for the day. We should complete strike around 4:30pm
Tuesday, October 29: 2:30-3:30: Cast and Crew Pizza Party
Now that the show is over, it’s time to celebrate our success!! We will have a cast and crew pizza party in my room after school. There will be pizza and pop. The cost is $3 per student. Please pay Ms. Martin no later than October 29th for this party.
