Hello,

My name is Kim Dawson.  I am the Academic Achievement Coach at Melzer School.  As the Academic Achievement Coach, I provide teachers with professional development aligned with district and building initiatives.  I mentor all first and second-year teachers at Melzer in best teaching practices to support their professional growth. I work with teachers throughout the building to support academic achievement and growth for all students.
