Learning Doesn't End When the School Bell Rings

  • Success Without boundaries. At District 63, this is our tagline – and our philosophy. We’re committed to offering a diverse learning environment – one that not only focuses on teaching excellence but on fostering the success of the whole child.

From mastering computer coding to baking cinnamon rolls, shooting hoops, or visiting Navy Pier, District 63’s Expanded Learning Program offers a wide range of enrichment activities for PreK-8 D63 students -- and Maine Township residents -- that go beyond the boundaries of the traditional school day.  We build on our educational program, promoting academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

Explore. Connect. Grow. And have fun! Check out all we have to offer - during the school year and beyond.  Questions? Call our office at 847.827.4137.

  • Redistricting: Parent Information Meetings

Posted by Janet Bishop on 4/20/2018

During the 2019-2020 school year, D63's elementary school attendance boundaries will shift to reflect current population trends, school capacity, and District-wide changes. As Gemini expands to include 6th graders and kindergarten expands to a full day, the number of students attending each elementary school will change.

Thanks to all those parents and families who joined up for one of our three information meetings in May. Stay tuned for more opportunities when school begins in the fall!
