Do you want to be a published author or artist?  You will need to hurry because the deadline is closing soon for submissions to the Mustang Vision Magazine.  Submit your artwork, poetry or short story to your LA/Lit teacher, Ms. Nielsen or Mr. Warchol as soon as possible to be considered.


Wednesday Oct. 12th First Lady Michelle Obama and National Geographic are attempting to set a world record for people doing jumping jacks and they need your help.  During announcements next Wednesday Gemini school is going to do jumping jacks for one minute and become part of the effort to set a new world record.


Clip those Boxtops and turn them into Mr. Turnbow in room 123.  The deadline for fall submission is October 21st.  Our goal this year is to raise $1,000.00.  All funds raised are used   to support the Cultural Arts Program here at Gemini.


Picture re-takes will be October 13th.  If you are not happy with pictures you purchase please bring them in with you during the re-takes.  If you did not take pictures on the original picture day you can do so on October 13th.


The Gemini PTO would like to thank you for participating in our Cookie Dough fundraiser.  This sale will last until October 19th and you can earn fabulous prizes.  See Mr. Turnbow if you have any questions.


The team spirit poster contest is on!  Complete your poster showing off your team pride by Friday.  Next week each team will vote on two posters for the school wide competition. 


Hey student athletes!  The winter sports season is almost here!  If you are interested in wrestling, girl’s basketball, boy’s basketball, and/or cheerleading be sure you have your sports physical and parent consent handed in to the health office.
