Dr. Scott Herrmann,
Principal.
Dr. Herrmann earned a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.S. in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Marian College, and an Ed. D from National Louis University. He has taught grades K-8 as a classroom teacher and Gifted and Talented resource teacher, and served as a K-12 Curriculum Director and an Elementary School Principal before coming to Gemini in the fall of 1996.
Kristen Ulery,
Assistant Principal
Mrs. Ulery graduated from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts in English composition and secondary education and completed a Master of Arts degree in educational leadership at DePaul University. Prior to becoming the assistant principal, Mrs. Ulery taught language arts/literature at Gemini for five years. In her free time, Mrs. Ulery enjoys baking, reading, and biking or rollerblading with her husband.
Karen Foley,
Asst. Principal
Ms. Foley earned her B.A. in Physical Education and Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago where she played both volleyball and softball. She earned her M.A. in Curriculum and Leadership from St. Xavier University and completed her Administrative degree from Roosevelt University. Ms. Foley taught physical education at Our Lady of Ransom before moving to a neighboring district. She taught physical education for eight years before becoming the Dean of Students. She spends her free time working in the garden, baking and playing softball.
