Welcome to the East Maine School District #63 Home Page and Web Site! Our district hopes that you will find this site helpful and informative.

Geographically, our district is located northwest of the City of Chicago and is in close proximity to O'Hare International Airport and major state highways, such as I-294. We are relatively easy to reach because of numerous access roads.

East Maine School District #63 is composed of seven schools, six elementary schools serving students in kindergarten - sixth grades and one junior high school serving students in grades seven and eight. Our schools are located in four different communities:

Students and their respective families of EMSD are quite diverse. They represent in excess of 56 different cultures and languages. One could say we represent a mini-United Nations! Consequently, our district offers a wide variety of educational programs, which are inclusive of bi-lingual and English as a Second Language classes, as well as numerous special education and technology-related offerings.
