During the month of May, Apollo students and staff will be able to participate in a Book Swap.  Students and stagg will be able to bring in books that they are no longer reading in order to exchange the book for a new one.  Books should be gently used.  More information will be coming soon!

I am excited for this opportunity for our students, and have already looked for books to donate for the swap.  What book have you been wanting to read, but haven't had an opportunity that you would you like to see at the Book Swap?

As a child, I remember my mother coming to school and helping in my classroom.  She chaperoned field trips and helped during class events.  Parents would come to school and read to our class and help set up materials for different projects and activities.

 

Our staff would like to involve parents in the day to day events and learning happening at Apollo School.  What type of events/activities would you be interested in attending or helping with at Apollo School?
