The District is looking for qualified people interested in working with kindergarten children and teachers. Hires will be trained in January 2009 for Project Kindergarten. This early intervention program for literacy is for selected kindergarteners. Children will be identified by their teacher and then tested by the Project Kindergarten teacher during the month of January. Those hired would then act as tutors for the selected kindergarteners in an early literacy program.
